Kainosbuy.com offers products with variety of customizable features. They are made especially for you and may have lead time. All customizable products display "" badge on product detail page.

Orders containing customized products cannot be cancelled are non-refundable.
Made-To-Order products are not in-stock and may have lead time between 2-6 weeks not including transit time. All made-to-order products display "" badge on product detail page.

Orders containing made-to-order products cannot be cancelled are non-refundable.
Cancelled orders are not subject to full refund. Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to $100 cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Products that can be shipped out within 1-2 business days are marked as "2 Day Ship" next to the inventory status on product detail page. 2 Day Ship means your order will be processed and shipped out from our distribution center within 1-2 busines days and does not indicate the transit time to your door.

Expedited Shipping is an additional option upon order checkout. Choosing this service will add priority processing tag to your order. Expedited Shipping does not indicate expedited delivery as of now but Kainos Team is diligently working to bring faster delivery options in the near future.
Orders containing big and heavy furniture will be palletized and shipped via LTL freight carriers.

If your order is shipped via our partnering LTL freight carriers, you will receive tracking link via email. Your carrier will call in advance to schedule the delivery.

Please be sure to provide valid and direct phone number for your freight carrier to reach out to.

Since LTL deliveries handle bigger and heavier shipments than UPS and FedEx, freight carriers will not deliver beyond unloading your shipment to the loading dock or nearest curbside.

No inside delivery will be provided.
We are delighted to offer free ground shipping with no minimum to contiguous United States. However, we're unable to provide return shipping label.

All in-stock products will be shipped within 3-5 business days and you will receive tracking details or ETA via email.
All returns and cancellation are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Additional charges incurred due to the delivery issue (storage fee, return shipping fee, redelivery fee, etc.) will be deducted from refund as well. No refund will be issued if returned product is not in its original package or not in usable/sellable condition not under reason of Freight Damage or Manufacturer’s Defect.
All return requests and claims must be filed within 30 days of receipt.


If you find a damage or missing hardware/parts, please file Manufacturer's Defect claim by emailing order@kainosoffice.com with pictures and a brief description. We will follow up to resolve as soon as possible.


Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and 20% restocking fee for Standard Returns.

Shipping label will not be provided for Standard Returns. Standard Returns are returns not under reason of Freight Damage, Manufacturer’s Defect, including but not limited to:

-Order cancellation requested after order shipped

-Rejected/Refused delivery not under reason of Freight Damage and/or Manufacturer’s Defect

-Carrier unable to deliver or schedule freight delivery due to invalid contact information or no response.

-Consignee not available at the time of scheduled delivery.

-Location closed at the time of scheduled delivery.

-Damage caused by faulty assembly or usage.

-All unauthorized returns not under reason of Freight Damage and Manufacturer’s Defect

-Claims after 30 days of receipt.
