1. All our products listed on are with ‘Free Shipping’ and even with ‘Free Liftgate’

  • Freight carrier drivers are not white glove service providers and will not deliver beyond loading dock or nearest curbside
    • No assembly service
    • No inside delivery service
  • Driver is only responsible for unloading the freight from the truck
  • Please be prepared to move the item into your building during your scheduled delivery
  • Adult signature is required upon delivery
2. Before placing order, confirm critical shipping information such as contact phone number, and shipping address
  • Incorrect shipping information provided may result in additional charge and severe delay
3. Change of Information - Any change of ship to address, contact phone number, or order/product details must be submitted to us before order is shipped
  • If requested after shipping, we may not be able to accommodate the request or may require additional fee 
4. Cancellation– Cancel requests must be submitted before the order ships
Cancel orders are fully refundable only when requested before the order ships
  • If requested after shipping, cancellation request will be treated as a Standard Return request and buyer is responsible for return shipping fee + 20% restocking fee
5. We aim to ship orders within 2-4 business days, except for made-to-order products

6. We aim to deliver orders within 7 business days from shipping, except for made-to-order products
  • Although, transit time can vary from 2-14 business days
7. Occasionally, additional delivery service such as inside delivery may be available upon request - please check with Kainos Team before placing the order 
  • Availability and cost of any additional delivery service varies by carrier, product, location, etc. and must be requested before your order is shipped
  • All additional charges incurred due to the buyer request are responsibility of the buyer and will be notified and confirmed with the buyer
8. Ship Notification- We will send you a notification included your order’s shipment information such as carrier, tracking (PRO) number, etc.
  • Once the order ships, speed of delivery is beyond our control
  • Please contact the carrier regarding the delivery
9. Freight Damage – If your product arrives damaged, please make sure to note the damage on delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing
  • Before refusing the shipment, take pictures of the overall shipment condition, packaging, and damage details available
  • Pictures are mandatory when filing a freight damage claim
  • Please file the freight claim by contacting Kainos team at with pictures attached and a brief description
  • We will follow up to resolve as soon as possible
