BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION such as contact phone number, and shipping address. Incorrect information provided may result delayed delivery.

  • CHANGE OF INFORMATION - Any change of information (Ship to address, contact phone number, info related to product, etc.) must be submitted to us before order is shipped. Otherwise, it may require additional fee and/or cause of delay or unable to change if requested after.
  • CANCELLATION – Cancel requests must be submitted before ship and are full-refundable only when requested before ship. If requested after, it will be considered as a Standard Return, and buyer is responsible for return shipping fee + 20% restocking fee.


‘Free shipping’ we provide is a basic freight/ground shipping which is to a commercial building with a receiving dock, otherwise only to nearby curbside. So please be prepared to move the item into your building during your scheduled delivery. Signature is required upon receiving the item.

Orders are shipped mostly in 3 business days via LTL Freight and usually takes 5 to 10 business days (may take up to 3 weeks) for the freight company to arrive in your area. Then the freight company will give you a call to arrange delivery schedule.

  • ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE – Additional delivery service such as Inside Delivery Service is available upon request. Availability and cost of any additional delivery service vary by carrier, product, location, etc. and must be requested before your order is shipped. All additional charges will be notified and confirmed with the buyer.
  • SHIP NOTIFICATION – We will send you a notification included your order’s shipment information such as Carrier, Tracking (PRO) number, etc. Once your order is shipped, speed of delivery is beyond our control. Please contact directly to the freight company for inquiry regarding the delivery.
  • FREIGHT DAMAGE – If your product arrives damaged, please make sure to mark on delivery receipt, BOL, POD, etc., all documents for delivery before signing, take pictures of the package and/or product, then refuse the delivery. Then notify us immediately and we will follow up to resolve as soon as possible.
